Do you have a pick up option?
Sure do! Just select Local Pick Up-Harbour Grace at checkout. You will not be charged for shipping. We are available Tues, Weds and Thurs 9-1:30 or 2:30-4. Address will be provided during pickup notification. WEEKENDS NOT AVAILABLE! Please check FB before coming. In the event, we will not be available during those times (very rare). It will be posted.
Our production time is within two weeks (not including preorders). We reserve the right to change production time for new orders you will be made aware of this if it is necessary.
As the bulk of our items are shipped, we can give you a rough idea of how long shipping may take in most cases. However, we can only promise to have your item shipped within TWO WEEKS.
Errors on the part of Canada Post, is the responsibility of Canada Post. We will make every effort to help locate your package and aid Canada Post in solving the issue. However, we are not responsible for Canada Posts errors.
We are not liable for shipping errors due to customer providing incorrect/incomplete mailing addresses. In these cases, the items will most likely come back to us and you will be charged again for reshipping. PLEASE ENSURE you provide us with complete and correct mailing address.
Placing an order

As always, if you need to contact us to discuss your order or for any other reason you can inbox us on Facebook, use the contact feature on our website, or email email@example.com Please follow up a comment on Facebook by either inboxing or emailing. Due to the large number of comments we receive, Facebook does not always notify us and we do miss a lot of requests this way. Inboxing and Email will ensure we do get your request/question.
Proofs for customized Cubbie/Snuggle Buddies and Minky Blanket designs(Birth blocks, custom designs) will be emailed to the account you registered with during purchase. We do not send proofs for other items. Please keep an eye out for this and check your junk filter as sometimes the email may end up there. We can not proceed without your approval. Failure to approve design may delay your order.
We can make changes once you receive your proof. If there is a mistake, or you would like any changes made once you see your proof, please let us know, we are happy to do so. Once design is approved by you and stitched we are not responsible for any errors or design issues.
Sizes 3M-24M are Carter's Onesies. Sizes 2T-6T and S(7-8) M(10-12) L(14) are Gildan loose fit Tees. ALL Onesies/Tees are white. We do not stock adult sizes (Christmas PJ's being the exception)

Our website will calculate correct shipping charges based on your order and address.
*Please message/email for bulk order costs as we can sometimes reduce shipping costs* I only charge what Canada Post charges and most often I even take off a couple dollars.
Orders placed through website can be paid via PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Interac Email Transfer.
As items are custom made there are no refunds once order is placed.
In the event that there is an error on OUR part or a manufacturers defect we will replace the EXACT item. Meaning same size/ design--no changes. If that item is no longer available we will use our discretion to find an alternate resolution.
It is very important that you check your items as soon as you recieve them, we will only be responsible for defects within TEN days of your item being received.
Due to liability and risk we only work on items we stock. For example, if you have something you already own we can not embroider it for you. Sorry.
*PLEASE NOTE* Fabrics and threads may be substituted depending on what we have available. Fabrics substituted WILL have similar color schemes. If you do not specify choices we will use or discretion. There will be no refunds if you fail to provide us with thread/fabric/font specifications, and are unhappy with what we have chosen.
